Faith Under Fire

Cast: Toni Braxton, Trevor Morgan, Yaya DaCosta
Director: Vondie Curtis-Hall

Synopsis: Based on the true story of Antoinette Tuff, the bookkeeper of Ronald. E. McNair Discovery Learning Academy in Decatur, Georgia. Tuff finds herself one on one with Michael Hill; a young man with a mental illness. Michael sneaks into the School with an AK-47 uttering threats that everyone will die today. Antoinette is at his mercy and fearful for her life; yet, attempts to use her life experiences to try and relate to the young man and help him.  She felt that God had brought her to this place, for that reason. God's timing is perfect, and He does place people at specific places at specific times for His purposes..

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? Esther 4:14

Review:  This is a great watch! It is a sit on the edge of your seat movie, that will keep you watching, and inspire you to use every moment that God gives you for good.   Tony Braxton does a bang up job at representing Antoinette Tuff, and Trevor Morgan was so believable! It will cause you to feel many emotions at once, but will leave you in awe at what happens. It can be a struggle to have faith when you are under such an extreme circumstance, but this story proves that you can have Faith Under Fire! ★★★★★
